How long is a therapy session?
Sessions can last anywhere from 30 minute to 55 minutes in length. Frequency of appointments will be determined based on need and availability.
Are sessions confidential?
Everything shared in individual, marriage, family, or group sessions is confidential.
How much does it cost?
Calm and Collective Hi licensed therapists to accept the following insurance payments, plan dependent: HMSA, HMSA Quest, BCBS, UHA, HMAA, Cigna, UHC, and Aloha Care. Major credit cards, personal checks, and cash are accepted. Non-therapeutic services are out-of-pocket.
What do I need for my first session?
After completing intake documents, all you need to do is show up! The process is open, non-judgmental, and meant to put you at ease.
Is mediation therapy?
No. Mediation services are billable to insurance and are billed at a separate rate. Mediation is an alternative to the court process when conflict ensues between two parties. There is no legally binding outcome of a mediation through CCHI.
